Benefits of the Amex Hilton Aspire Credit Card

  1. 175k offer: Earn 175,000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points after spending $6,000 within the first 6 months. The recent best offer is 180k points.

Recommended Application Time

  1. AmEx policy states if you currently or previously held a specific AmEx card, you are ineligible for the welcome bonus offer. Maximize rewards by applying for the welcome offer first, then consider upgrading/downgrading.
  2. You can only receive the welcome bonus once in a lifetime, so apply when the highest historical offer is available.
  3. AmEx does not limit the number of hard pulls.
  4. Consider applying with at least 6 months of credit history.
  5. Only 2 AmEx credit cards can be approved within 90 days (rule does not apply to charge cards). Multiple same-day approvals result in one hard pull.
  6. Keep a maximum of 5 AmEx credit cards; rule does not apply to charge cards.

Although the annual fee is $550, you receive a $200 flight credit and a $400 resort credit annually (both easy to redeem), plus an annual free night! For frequent Hilton guests, this card is highly recommended for long-term use. While the welcome offer is 180k Hilton points, don’t forget the annual free night begins immediately upon card activation.
